SYNOPSIS
DOUBLETHINK is a new video installation by artists and filmmakers Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard, performed by George MacKay and written by Stuart Evers. Created specifically for Sheffield Doc/Fest, the piece will be installed in Tudor Square for the duration of the festival. Visitors will be faced with a binary decision — enter the door marked HATE or the one marked HOPE. Choose wisely, because you can’t experience both.
This year, Sheffield Doc/Fest celebrates its 25th edition. The Festival opens on Thursday 7 June, running until12 June.
